There are many types and causes of headaches and the symptoms can be extremely variable between people. Common symptoms include pain/pressure in the head and upper neck. Nausea, visual changes, light sensitivity and pins and needles in the arms also commonly occur.
Common causes of headaches include:
- Tension/restriction in your neck and upper back
- Sinus congestion
- Whiplash injury
- Stress
- Jaw problems
- Posture
- Eye strain
- Dehydration
Common triggers of migraines include: caffeine, alcohol, stress, menstruation.
